He was predeceased by : his parents, Honore Rouleau and Marie Rouleau (Allaire); his wife Rachel T. Rouleau (Scalabrini); and his children, Jean Rouleau and Marie Papp.

He is survived by : his son David Rouleau (Amanda) of Manchester; his son-in-law Bill Papp of Hooksett; his grandchildren, Olivia, Ben and Abigail; and his brother Herve Rouleau of St. Isodore, Canada. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
