He was predeceased by: his parents, Honore Rouleau and Marie Rouleau (Allaire); his wife Rachel T. Rouleau (Scalabrini); and his children, Jean Rouleau and Marie Papp.
He is survived by: his son David Rouleau (Amanda) of Manchester; his son-in-law Bill Papp of Hooksett; his grandchildren, Olivia, Ben and Abigail; and his brother Herve Rouleau of St. Isodore, Canada. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
Jacob had requested in lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to support research to defeat Cystic Fibrosis at Give Today | Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (cff.org) (https://www.cff.org).
