She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Horlick and Alan Horlick. She is survived by: her daughter Jackelyn Harris (Jackie); and her siblings, Lisa and Phil.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Homes & Crematorium (243 Hanover St, Manchester, NH 03104).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pact Adoption Alliance based in California (https://pactadopt.org.) who focus on ethical adoption of children of color and offer services for transracial adoptions in Jan's honor.
