He is survived by: his parents, Anthony Lajewski and Claire Lajewski; his wife Katie Lajewski; his sons, Ethan and Jacob; and his sisters, Michele Lindbom (Dan) and Nicole Couilliard. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and dear friends.
