Josephine M. Kain Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Josephine M. Kain of Manchester, New Hampshire, born in Boston, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2024 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. John F. Kain; her daughter Mary Ann Kain; her parents, Anders Pedersen and Gladys Pedersen (Frazier); and her sisters, Anna Krol, Gladys Spector and Lillian Falasca.

She is survived by: her children, Katherine Lacoste (Robert) of Stratham, NH, Peter Kain (Diane) of West Harrison, NY, Dr. Eileen Kain Szypko (Mark) of Westford, Joseph Kain (Katherine Lum) of Cambridge, John T. Kain (MaryEllen) of Hamilton and Patricia Lovely (Scott) of Bedford, NH.; her grandchildren, Mairin Lacoste, Dominick Lacoste (Kelly), Shauna Lacoste (Bryan Woods), John Kain (Joanie), Danielle Kain, Robert Szypko (Melanie Muskin), Mary Ann Lally (Kevin), Dr. Colleen Szypko, Gregory Szypko, Jaime Lema (James), Rachel Kain, Joseph Kain, Melissa Kain, J. Thomas Kain, Katherine Lovely (Matthew Johnson), Allison Lovely, Pamela Lovely and John Lovely; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Camryn, Oren, Bobbie, Katie, Luke, Daisy and Coco.
