He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Orshak and Christhanthe Orshak (Konatatsiotes); his sister Iris Belinsky; and his nephew Christopher Rice. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Kaytlin, Baily, Baxton, Lennon, James, Meghan, Sara, Bree, Alana, Cole, Gina, John, Sophia, Wills, Patrick, Maya and Sarah; his wife Kathie; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Rice, Kathleen Timmins Rice and Donald Belinsky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends.
