She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Phelps and Lillian Phelps; her grandmother Mimi; her husband Carl D. Moon Senior; and her grandchildren, Sawyer Charron and Jonica Deblois.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Hall (Jim Hall), Kristy Dimezza (Robert Dimezza), Marcy Deblois (Jeff DeForest) and Thomas Deblois (Tami (Brewer) Deblois); and her sister Mildred Brewer. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In loving memory of her the family asks for donations to be sent to Readsboro Baptist Church.
