He was predeceased by: his mother Annette Caulfield (Saulnier); and his brother James. He is survived by: his father James Caulfield; his wife Pamela L. Caulfield (Larsen) of Manchester; his daughters, Bailey A. Caulfield of Manchester and Chelsea L. Caulfield of Chicago; his siblings, Catherine, Donna, Mary, Joan, David and Peter; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
