He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cavanaugh and Patricia Cavanaugh. He is survived by: his wife Robbin Cavanaugh; his sons, Nicholas Gionet (Marianna Fiorillo) and James Cavanaugh; his grandson Luca Fiorillo; his siblings, Daniel Cavanaugh (Laurie), Kelly Parisey (Pete) and Kathy Cavanaugh; and his pets, Cooper and Jack. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
