He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth and Ralph; and his sister Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Mary Noce (Todd), Jamus MacGuire (Julie) and Molly MacGuire; his grandchildren, Ava, Jack, Cole Noce, Ella and Clara MacGuire; his wife Karen MacGuire; and his brother Gary MacGuire.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Rick's memory to The Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation.
