He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Boucher and Germaine Boucher (Dubois); and his siblings, Ronald and Pierrette. He is survived by: his wife Joanne D. Martin; his daughter Donna St. Cyr (Alfred W. St); and his siblings, Gerard (Joanne) and Denise (Daniel Marois). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
