He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Belanger and Marcelle A. Belanger (Lemarier); and his brother Richard Belanger. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen E. Belanger (Grady) of Manchester; his children, Christopher R. Belanger (Jessica Laro) of Manchester and Tara D. Bissonnette (Paul) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Jacob Belanger (Ashley Partridge) of Manchester, Jocelyn Belanger (Manchester), Meghan Bissonnette and Caiden Bissonnette of Manchester; and his brother Joseph Belanger (Beverly) of Allenstown.
