He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Scarlett and Lillian Scarlett (Levesque); his former wife Linda Scarlett (Bailey); and his brothers, Donald E Scarlett and Leon J Scarlett.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Scarlett (Marchand); his daughter Jennifer Kaminski (Scott); his grandchildren, Ashley and Justin Kaminski; his daughter Cheryl Kelley (Dan); his grandchildren, Kyle and Caitlin Kelley; his stepson Eric Holton; his stepgrandchildren, Samantha Nerdahl (Derik) and Morgan Colby (Josh); his stepdaughter Kellie Morse (Dave); his stepgrandchildren, Sarah, Meghan and Dale Stratton; and his sister Susan Brodeur (Paul). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of Flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sacred Heart Church.
