He is survived by: his wife Ivette Clack; his children, William Sepulveda, Travis Clack and Mariah Proulx; his son-in-law Ryan Proulx; his siblings, Thomas Clack and Rebecca Clack; and his pets, Roman and Bruno. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
