He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Van Siclen; his children, Barbara Hickok (Jeffrey) of Manchester and Lawrence Koch (Patricia) of Savannah, GA; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Moser (Link) of Loudon, NH, Andrew Hickok (Andrea Klayman) of Cape Elizabeth, ME, Peter Koch (Anna Baker) of Parker, CO and Madeline Koch of Alexandria, VA; and his great grandchildren, Lily, Henry, Eve, Elsie, Annabel, Theodore, Aurora and Skye.
