He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Louis Boutin and Mary Victoria Boutin (Long); and his sister Diane Lambias (Boutin). He is survived by: his daughter Julia Boutin; his siblings, Marlene Lebrasseur (Mercier), Gary Boutin and Donna DeLomba (Pica); and his significant other Terri Paige.
