He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard H. Belanger and Mildred Belanger (Smith); his sons, John Belanger and Steven Belanger; and his brother Richard Weeks.
He is survived by: his children, William R. "Billy" Belanger (Hong) of Northfield, VT. and Nancy E. Ludwig (Gary) of Henniker; his grandchildren, Mariah (Dan), Christopher (Amanda), Greg (Alexandra), Elyse, Jennifer (Jeffrey), Stephanie (Nico), Derek and Deven (Chelsea); his brother Gerald Belanger (Joyce) of Laconia; his daughter-in-law Joanne Aubin (Chuck); and his sister-in-law Ginny Weeks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
