He was predeceased by: his mother Natalie Plante; his son Paul Plante; and his brother Charles Plante. He is survived by: his wife Judith P. Plante (Preble) of Manchester; and his children, William Plante, Jr. of Sanford, ME, Peter Plante of Washburn and Stephanie. He is also survived by three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
