He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Streit and George William Heinrich; his former wives, Mackie and Anne; and also Carol Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Maxwell; his siblings, Phyllis Cass of Wellington, ME and Paul Heinrich; his children, Tony Espy of Somerville, MA, Cindie Donahue (Bill) of San Antonio, FL, David Espy (Beth) of Princeton, MA and Cathy Currier (Jay) of Colchester, VT.; his grandchildren, Cameron, Theo and Thomas of Princeton, MA; and his children, Will of Colchester, VT, Matt and Ginny of San Antonio, FL..
