Blake (Sue); his sister-in-law Janis McNamara (Smith); his grandchildren, Zachary Blake Nicholas (Katie), Jackie Hanson, Maria Hanson, Sawyer Blake, Lucas Johnson, Gabe Johnson, Scott Holgate and Josh Holgate; his great grandchild Penelope Blake; his friends, Christopher Dodge and Steven Taber; and his in-laws, Steve and Barb Webber. He is also survived by many other in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
