We are sad to announce that, on January 19, 2026, at the age of 85, Robert Dever (Meredith, New Hampshire), born in Laconia, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dever, Sr. and Regina Dever (Valliere); and his sister Patricia Dever Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Judith Dever (Staples); his daughter Elizabeth Dever; his grandchildren, Derek and Jesse Mitchell; his daughter Regina Quinn; his granddaughters, Jacqueline, Stephanie and Victoria Quinn; his nephew Sean Carpenter; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Qwen and Shae Carpenter; and his brother John Dever, Jr. (Dawn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in Joe's memory to the Meredith Inter-Lakes Alumni Association, 1 Laker Lane, Meredith NH, 03253, or to a veteran's organization of your choosing, honoring his lifelong commitment to service.
