He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Benjamin McIntosh and Mary Fuchela; and his brother Glenn. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Louise Mork; his children, Kelly (Maggie), Colleen, Kari (Jim), Tracy (Dave) and Susan (José); and his grandchildren, Johnny, Scotty, Peter, Megan, Michael, Erika, Kathryn, Matthew, Steven, Jacey Raye, Tarynn, Isaiah, Ada, Freya, Colby, Roger Jr., Macy, Madelyn and Elise.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (300 NH-25, Meredith, NH 03253). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery (110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH 03303).
