She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Arlene Prew (Anderson) and Robert Murray Prew; her husband Oren T. Collins, Jr.; her son Kevin Collins; and her siblings, Lou, Joan, Timmy, Robert, David, Ann Marie, Bonnie and Pat.
She is survived by: her sisters, Michelle Clark and Deborah Martin; her children, Cathleen, Colleen, Deborah Cerillo (James), Ruth Collins (Donald Hoyt), Brigham Collins, Pernell Collins (Lori Colins), Tracy Mertz (James), Karen Christopher and Dana Collins; her grandchildren, Damand Collins, Rebecca Ceriello, Michael Ceriello, Sara Ramano, Brigham A. Collins, Christopher Collins Kayla Ferdig, Tessa Collins, Kevin Collins, Alyssa Collins, Shawn Collins, John W. Reistrom, Jason Reistrom, Kaitlyn Matte, Jessie Taitum and Emily Smith; and her great grandchildren, Shannon, Madison, Jaxon, Luna, Leonard III, Kaleigh, Taylor, Abigain, Shieann, Brigham, Hailey, Richard, Austen, Arielle, Tauren, Quentin, Christian, Cayden, Sabrina, Khloe, Steven, Dylan, Zach, Elizabeth, Peyton, Jace, Lilly, Shawn, Alexander, Sophia, Curtis, Theodore, Kianna, Brooklyn and Benjamin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
