Wallace Armand Osgood Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wallace Armand Osgood of Meriden, New Hampshire, born in Claremont, New Hampshire, who passed away on April 6, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dennis Osgood and Evelyn Osgood; his children, Candice Strickland (Ben Strickland), Jason Osgood, Jeremy Osgood (Kim Pittman) and Justin Osgood (Natalie Osgood); his grandchildren, Brian, Amy and Laura; his siblings, Beverly Hatch, Alice Osgood, Phyllis Messier, Dennis Osgood, Richard Osgood (Dick) and Phillip Osgood (Joe); and his wife Arlene Osgood.

Due to the ongoing restrictions of COVID a celebration of life for both Wally and Arlene will be planned on the date of their anniversary, July 4th, 2021.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Jack Byrne Center for Palliative and Hospice Care (https://dhmcalumdev.hitchcock.org) or his favorite charity, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

“What can be said of Wally that has not already been said. He was the just the nicest guy you would ever meet. He was kind, loyal and a true family man. He loved and cared for Arlene as long as he could and cherished his children and grandchildren. I knew Wally for 34 years. He gave me my start in the roofing business. Now my son and grandson are in charge and both thought the world of Wally. Great smile, contagious laugh, humble, just a fine human being. God bless his family, Ray Provencal”
