He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Swanson and Mary Swanson (Sullivan). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Swanson; his daughters, Linda DesRoches (Stephen) and Stacey Tarbell (Eaton III); and his grandchildren, Emma, Olivia DesRoches, Eaton IV and Frederick "Joey" Tarbell.
