She was predeceased by: her parent Gail Adamiak (Johnson). She is survived by: her father Arthur Adamiak; her husband Nathaniel "Nat" Fairbanks; her sons, Clayton Fairbanks and Camden Fairbanks (Anacelis Candelario); her brother Robert Adamiak; her brother-in-law Jon Fairbanks (Kristen); her sibling's children, Conor, Ronan and Abby; her friends, Clayton and Camden; Jacob Gardner.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rivet Funeral Home (425 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack, NH 03054).
