Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Helen Sinos of Merrimack, New Hampshire, who passed away at the age of 80, on October 15, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aristides Proestakes and Georgia Proestakes (Rozanitis); her husband George P. Sinos; and her siblings, Peggy Primpas (Proestakes) and Peter Proestakes.
She is survived by: her children, Pauline Dube (Greg Dube) and Christos Sinos (Cynthia Sousa-Sinos); and her brother James Proestakes. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church (25 Bigelow Ave, Watertown, MA 02472). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Forest Hills Cemetery (95 Forest Hills Ave, Boston, MA 02130).
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made at the above named church.
