He was predeceased by : his parents, Max Woods and Etta Woods (Shaffer); his brother Colin Woods; and his wife Kathryn Woods (Herold). He is survived by : his daughters, Amy Woods (Joshua Sirois) and Ashleigh Lowe (Christopher); his grandsons, Alexander and Simon; and his siblings, Enid (Lowell Music), Andrea (Harold Crew), Vonda (Richard Mann), Max (Kim Woods), Sylvia (Mark Godden) and Deanne (Willie De). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rivet Funeral Home & Crematorium Inc. (425 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack, NH 03054). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at the Last Rest Cemetery (13 Baboosic Lake Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054).
