He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Harrington and Marie A. Harrington (O'Brien); his former wife Sheila Hoban Harrington; and his son Richard Harrington, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Harrington (Henderson); his son Thomas Harrington (Sara); his daughter-in-law Nancy Harrington (Lynah); his grandchildren, Haleigh and Heather Harrington; his daughter Eileen Harrington; and his siblings, Mary Jane Coneeny, Joseph Harrington, Sheila, Anthony Tomase, Kathleen Bell, John and Lynda Harrington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at the St Mary Parish (25 North Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824).
