She was predeceased by: her parents, Winifred H. Rice and Robert E. Carter; and her brothers, Stephen Carter and Kenneth Carter. She is survived by: her brothers, Ronald Carter and Thomas Carter (Ruthann); and her sister-in-law Susan Carter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
