He was predeceased by: his parents, Molly and Patrick; and his siblings, Frances Phillips (Peter), Anthony (Kay) and John (Pat).
He is survived by: his wife Leta; his daughter Lara (Doug Gilman); his grandchild Kiera Rose; and his siblings, Thomas (late Maureen) and Rosaleen Conlon (Paddy).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hebrew SeniorLife Hospice Care in Brendan's memory.
