He is survived by: his significant other Sally Lynn Curtis; his siblings, Roger, Kent and Norma; his son Duane Chappell; his daughter-in-law Andrea Chappell; his son Dean Chappell; his daughter-in-law Sarah Chappell; his daughter Mamie Miles; his son-in-law Jobe Miles; and his grandchildren, Robin, Calista, Brody, Lillian, Shelby, Molly, Shilo, Natalie, Arianna, Penelope, Cade Smith, Wyatt Smith and Leah Pflaum.
