He is survived by: his wife Amy Kotz; his son Nolan Kotz of Milford, NH; his parents-in-law, Roberta Stormann of Plainfield, NH and Edward Rosenbeck of Wilder, VT; his brother-in-law Matthew Stormann (Bobbie) of Howland, ME; his nephews, Jacob and Luke; his siblings-in-law, Nathan Rosenbeck of Wilder, VT and Shelby Nicak (Adam) of Mapleton, ME; and his nieces, Ada and Ella.
