He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Crawford and Bessie Crawford (Cassidy). He is survived by: his wife Susan Crawford of Milford, NH; his sons, David W. Crawford Jr. (Jill) of Amherst, NH and Brian Crawford of Amherst, NH; his sister Joan Levacchia of Woburn, MA; and his pet Ralphie. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
