She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Roberto Velasquez; her children, Michael Sloane, Laura Sloane and Thomas Sloane; her father Robert Lees; and her siblings, Robert Lees, Russell Lees, Wayne Lees, Alice Rinderer and Ralph Lees.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Donna's memory to Massachusetts General Hospital Corrigan Minehan Heart Center.
