He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton H. Thatcher and Helen Thatcher (Potter); and his brothers, Donald and Richard Thatcher. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Thatcher (Palomba) of Milford, NH; his children, Henry W. "Bill" Thatcher Jr. (Kim), Dawn Richardson (Brian) and Lisa Roche (Terry); his grandchildren, Victoria Richardson, Gabrielle Lafond, Cameron Thatcher and Trevor Roche; and his siblings, Ralph Thatcher and Helen Robbins.
