He was predeceased by: his father Robert J. Faulkner; his sibling Dana; and his son Derek Lankowski. He is survived by: his mother Rose Mary Faulkner (L'Abbe) of Danvers, MA; his wife Mary Faulkner (Walters) of Milford, NH; his siblings, Bonnie Goddard of Leominster, MA and Robert Faulkner of Beverly, MA; his children, Dana Connell and Danielle (Jacob Sherman) of Milford, NH; his daughter-in-law Melissa Lankowski of Milford, NH; and his grandson Elijah Sherman of Milford, NH.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations in memory of John be made to either the ALS Foundation, NH Fallen Firefighters Memorial or the NH Department of Public Works Employee Memorial Fund.
