It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jonathan E. Patt (Milford, New Hampshire), who passed away at the age of 72, on July 8, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Patt and Justine Litchfield; and his parents-in-law, Carleton Steele and Norma Steele. He is survived by: his wife Susan Patt; his daughters, Victoria Patt-Timmerman (Brian Timmerman), Sarah Patt (Maxwell Zsofka) and Camden Patt (Zachary Keding); his brothers, Stephen Patt (Laura), Andrew Patt (Theresa) and Anthony Patt (Dagmar Schröter); and his sisters-in-law, Pamela Phillips and Barbara Mullins (Michael). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calendar Smith & Heald Funeral Home (63 Elm St, Milford, NH 03055).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
