With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ruth E. Covell of Milford, New Hampshire, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ruth left this world on April 18, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid adieu to Ruth's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Ruth has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Summers and Alice Summers (Messer); and her husband Joseph Covell. She is survived by: her children, Valerie (John Yule) of Milford, NH, Charles Covell of Milford, NH and Pamela Alexander of Wiscasset, ME.; and her siblings, Frances, Raylene and Janet.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith & Heald Funeral Home (63 Elm St, Milford, NH 03055). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Ruth may be made to the Home Health and Hospice, 210 Naticook Road, Merrimack, NH.
