He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen E. Root and Mary Nicolas Root. He is survived by: his wife Judith Johnson Root; his sons, Darrin (Holly Root) of Manchester and Peter (Kelly Root) of Windham, NH; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Katelyn, Jane and Willa; and his sisters, Nancy Roberts and Julie Woodward.
In lieu of flowers, Tim requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the ASPCA, causes close to his heart.
