She was predeceased by : her husband John L. Karlonas. She is survived by : her daughters, Cynthia Moriarty (Paul) of Nashua, NH, Lorrie Campbell (Tom) of Nashua, NH and Kathryn Pashapour (Amin Pashapour-Alamdary) of Westborough, MA.; her grandchildren, Nicole Bicknell, Lily Pashapour, John Pashapour, Thomas Campbell Jr. and Margaret Campbell; and also, Oliver Bicknell and Samuel Bicknell. She is also survived by Children and grandchildren all learned how to swim in Grandma.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations in Carmel's loving memory may be sent to the American Cancer Society at http://www.cancer.org.
