He was predeceased by: his father Edward Sr.; his brother Scott; and his mother-in-law Frances Donaher. He is survived by: his wife Julie Motuzas (Donaher); his daughter Ashleigh Motuzas; his pet Tucker; his mother Joan; and his brothers, Edward Jr., Robert (Carolyn) and Stephen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Buma-Sargeant Funeral Home (42 Congress St, Milford, MA 01757). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Church (19 Winter St, Milford, MA 01757).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in David's name to the Glioblastoma Foundation or to the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH, in gratitude for the compassionate care provided during his final days.
