We are sad to announce that, on December 30, 2025, at the age of 70, Douglas MacArthur of Nashua, New Hampshire, born in Bedford, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander MacArthur and Norma MacArthur (Porter); his wife Kathleen MacArthur (Williamson); and his brother Robert MacArthur. He is survived by: his sister Susan Copeland (Dale) of Nashua, NH; his children, Scott MacArthur (Erica) of Chelmsford, MA, Katie Porcaro (Michael) of Boise, ID, David MacArthur (Brittany) of Litchfield, NH, Michael Fraser (Rebecca) of Haverhill, MA, Megan Thomson (John) of Silver Lake, NH and George Fraser (Megan) of Plaistow, NH.; his grandchildren, Dylan, Alana, Dani Fraser, Adam MacArthur, Julia, Samantha, Addison Thomson, Devin Porcaro, Maggie, George III, Charlotte Fraser, Carlee, Bodie and Josie MacArthur; his great grandchild Josephine; his former wife Laura Groele (Jack); his daughter Jamie of Chelmsford, MA; and his friend Omisi "Missy" Agbe-Rankhe of Lowell, MA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
