She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludger Desrosiers and Albia Desrosiers (Voyer); her husband Gerard Provencher; and her brother Alfred Desrosiers (Simone). She is survived by: her daughter Gail Ross (Richard) of Alexandria, NH; her grandchildren, Kayleen Provencher, Duane Provencher, Travis Provencher (Carrie), Jacob Ross and Brittany Ross; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Elizabeth and Weston; her cousin Bob Gagne; her daughter-in-law Gloria Selvitella; and her friends, Doris, Jane, Rose and Jane P..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rochette Funeral Home and Cremation Services (21 Kinsley St, Nashua, NH 03060). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church (777 W Hollis St, Nashua, NH 03062).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Irene's name to the Alzheimer's Association (https://www.alz.org), or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
