He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Tierney and Mary Tierney. He is survived by: his wife Carol Massarelli Tierney; and his children, David (Julie), Debra Tierney, Marcia Pierce and Anne Carlson (Don). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
