She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Loureiro and Deborah Loureiro (Leclair); her husband Gerard "Jay" Ouellette, Jr.; her sons, Brandon and Sam Ouellette; her brother Keith Loureiro (Jennifer); her parents-in-law, Faith and Gerard Ouellette, Sr.; her brother-in-law Ryan Ouellette (Kimberly); her nieces, Alyssa, Amber, Ashley, Kayla, Jordyn, Madison and Emily; and her nephew Nathan.
