He is survived by: his mother Allina "Evie" O'Rourke (Evans) of Salem, NH; his wife Charlene DeCesare (Coraccio); his children, Austin Ware of Boston, MA, Makayla DeCesare (Benjamin Wickett) of Boston, MA and Steven DeCesare of Austin, TX; his father Robert DeCesare Sr. (Sandra) of Palm City, FL; and his siblings, Lisa Querci (Joe) of Hampstead, NH, David DeCesare (Yaqui) of Hampstead, NH, Michael Waterhouse of Salem, NH, Chris Waterhouse (Carrie) of Salem, NH and Teresa Anderson (Mark) of Sandown, NH. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Centerpoint Community Church (101 School St, Salem, NH 03079).
