She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Bob Menize; her children, Christopher Cox, Jeremy Cox, Jesse Menize and Ryan Menize; her parents, Annette Knust and James "Jim" Knust; and her grandchildren, Sophie, Siena, Eleanor and Francesco. She was also cherished by her sons, daughter-in-law, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Susan's memory may do so by donating to the Cancer Center at Saint Joseph's in Nashua, whose care meant so much to her.
