He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Pultorak and Rosemary Pultorak (Thomas); and his sisters, Melissa Athanas (George) of Syracuse, NY and Stacy Driessen (Eric) of Nashua. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Todd's name to St. Jude's Children Hospital (https://www.stjude.org).

My condolences go out to his family. Todd always struck me as very profound, questioning the world around us while also searching for meaning beyond it. I hope now he is at peace, and finding some answers to the cosmic questions he and I once pondered. Travel well and far, my friend. You will be missed.”
