He is survived by: his parents, Pamela A. Jordan (Moen) of Warren and Steven Lisk; his wife Deborah of Lexington, SC; and his brothers, Mackenzie S. Moen-Lisk and Patrick Moen-Lisk of Southbridge. He is also survived by two nephews; a niece; and many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the O'Connor Brothers Funeral Home (592 Park Ave, Worcester, MA 01603).
