With sadness, we share the passing of Michael R. Portner of New Hampton, New Hampshire. Michael, born on June 1, 1948, passed away on October 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Michael for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Ernest and Elizabeth "Lillian" Portner (Smith); and his wife Marie Portner (Gauthier) of New Hampton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Episcopal Church (3 Peabody Row, Londonderry, NH 03053). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Center at Mariandale, Ossining, New York in memory of Mr. Portner.
